Can see that Capcom is trying to add a richer story line into the monster hunter series!
In MH4 we discover the origin of the Wyvern Virus although not much is still known about it. Repelled Gao Magara and finally learns about his origin form, Shagaru Magara. MH4 main story mode ended with the player finally defeated Shagaru Magara. MH4G picks up from there and expands by including Wyvern Virus research lab, new desert area with new monsters! I looking forward to how Capcom will connect all this with the new flagship monster and perhaps explain more about the relic armors & etc!
Introduction of episode quest!
Capcom will be releasing DLC to include side stories for partners/characters that appeared in the previous MH series! The new episode quest allows multiplayer so that the player can proceed through the side story with his/her friends! Really looking forward to playing through the episode quest and find out what happens with other hunters! XD
They even allow players to transfer most of their data from MH4 to MH4G! Even the progress of your village quest is transferred over! I am actually a bit worried that this may result in a slight decrease in the amount of content but then looking at the recent trailers, my worries has been put to rest as there are introduction of many newer monsters/subspecies and new areas to explore! They even have a new arena area! I am pretty sure that I will spend many hundred of hours on MH4G! XD
